1. About These Terms

Blaze and Anna is a retail website operated by Gomerchantsolutions Limited, a company registered in the United Kingdom under company number 17322088. The conditions set out below apply whenever you browse this website, use any of its features or content, or buy anything from us.

Please take the time to read this page together with our Privacy Policy. By continuing to use the site you confirm that you have read both documents, that you understand them, and that you accept them. If any part of them is not acceptable to you, we ask that you do not use the site.

2. Who May Use This Site

Purchases may only be placed by customers who are 18 years of age or older. Whenever you order from us or write to us, the details you supply must be truthful, complete and up to date.

Where the site is misused, or where these conditions are broken, we may restrict your access or close your account.

3. Customer Accounts

Certain parts of the site are only available once an account has been created. Your sign-in details are yours alone to protect, and you remain answerable for everything that happens under them.

An account is issued for your own personal use. It may not be handed over, sold, rented or shared with anyone else. Where unauthorised access happens because your own login details were not kept safe, we are not able to accept responsibility for it.

4. Placing an Order and Paying for It

Every order you submit is an offer to buy, and it becomes binding on us only once we accept it and the goods are actually available. We keep the right to turn down an order, cancel it after it has been placed, or cap the quantity purchased — for example where an order looks fraudulent, has clearly been duplicated, or conflicts with these conditions.

Prices appear in the currency shown at checkout and may be adjusted at any point without prior notice. When you finalise a purchase you authorise us to take payment of the full amount displayed, taxes and delivery charges included.

5. Products, Descriptions and Stock

Part of our range is sold online only and is held in limited quantities. Descriptions, prices and stock levels may be altered at any time, and an item may be withdrawn from sale altogether, in each case without advance notice.

We take reasonable care to describe and photograph our products faithfully. Even so, screens render colour differently from one device to the next, so the exact shade, texture or finish you see on your display may not correspond perfectly to the item in your hands.

6. Dispatch and Delivery

Parcels are carried by independent delivery companies. Any timeframe we publish is an estimate to help you plan and is not a guaranteed delivery date.

We cannot be held answerable for delays that arise from a carrier's own performance, from customs or regulatory checks, from an address that was entered incorrectly or incompletely, or from any other event that lies outside our reasonable control. Full details appear in our Shipping Policy.

7. Returns and Refunds

Items may be sent back to us up to 30 days from the day they were delivered. To qualify, an item must be unused and unworn, free of damage, and packed in the packaging it arrived in.

Start any return by writing to contact@blazeandanna.com. The cost of returning goods to us falls to the customer, other than where the item was faulty or the wrong product was sent. Once a return has reached us and been inspected, an approved refund is released to the original payment method within 7 days. Our Refund and Return Policy sets this out in more detail.

8. Faulty or Damaged Goods

If something arrives broken or does not work as it should, contact us as soon as you notice, describing the problem and attaching photographs. We will review what has happened and arrange a replacement, a refund, or another remedy that fits the situation.

9. Tools and Services Supplied by Others

The site may give you access to tools, services or integrations that belong to third parties. These are made available on an "as is" basis and without warranty of any kind. Because such services are not under our control, we accept no responsibility for anything that results from your use of them.

10. Links to Other Websites

You may find links on this site that lead to pages we do not operate. They are there purely for your convenience. We neither endorse nor monitor those destinations, and we take no responsibility for the content, goods or services found on them.

11. Material You Send Us

Reviews, comments, ideas and any other material you send us may be used by us without restriction. By submitting it, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free and perpetual licence to use, copy, adapt, publish and distribute that material.

We are not obliged to keep such submissions confidential, and no payment is due to you for them.

12. Acceptable Use

When using this site, you agree that you will not:

act in breach of any law or regulation that applies to you;
infringe anyone's intellectual property rights;
give information that is false or misleading;
harass, abuse or cause harm to another person;
upload or transmit viruses, malware or any other harmful code;
gather other people's personal data without their permission;
tamper with the site's security measures or otherwise undermine the integrity of our systems.

Where any of the above occurs, access may be suspended or ended with immediate effect.

13. Accuracy of Published Information

Despite our best efforts, the site may from time to time show a mistake in a price, a promotion, a product description or a stock figure. We reserve the right to put such errors right and to update the information shown at any time, without notice.

14. No Warranties

The site, and everything we offer through it, is provided "as is" and "as available". We give no warranty of any kind, whether express or implied, including any implied warranty of merchantable quality, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. Use of the site is at your own risk.

15. Limits on Our Liability

So far as the law permits, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive loss connected with your use of — or inability to use — this site or the products bought through it. This includes, without limitation, lost profits, lost data and lost business opportunities.

16. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify us and to hold us harmless against any claim, damage, loss, cost or expense that arises because you broke these conditions or misused the site.

17. Ending Access

Where these conditions are breached, we may suspend or withdraw your access to the site at any time and without giving notice. Any obligation that arose before access ended remains in force afterwards.

18. If a Clause Cannot Be Enforced

Should any provision here be held unlawful or unenforceable, that provision alone is affected; everything else in this document continues to apply in full.

19. Applicable Law

These conditions are governed by, and are to be read in accordance with, the laws of England and Wales, without regard to conflict of law rules.

We may rewrite or update these conditions whenever we need to. The version published on this page is always the one in force, and by carrying on with your use of the site you accept the version you find here.
